President & Chief Executive Officer

Charlie joined Moss in 2006 to become the President and CEO. With a long history in the exhibit world Charlie came to the company with significant experience and knowledge. Prior to joining Moss Charlie was President & CEO of East Coast Sign Advertising Company. Charlie was also the President and CEO of Exhibitgroup/Giltspur, a full service exhibit design and service company where he grew the organization into the largest exhibit provider in the world. He has been instrumental in developing Moss' business strategy and in building the senior management team. Charlie is passionate about growing the business and leads his team by making sure that the customer's needs are always top of mind.

In 2011 Charlie was honored as the recipient of the highly regarded Hazel Hayes Award at the annual Exhibit Designers and Producers Association’s (EDPA) Annual Conference & Showcase December 1, 2011.  Charlie’s leadership, integrity, and accomplishments over his many years of working in the exhibit industry were recognized during the awards ceremony.

Dan Patterson

Executive Vice President, Business Development & Chief Marketing Officer

A veteran of the Exhibits and Events markets, Dan brings a wealth of industry experience to Moss. Dan was previously employed by George P. Johnson for ten years as Senior Vice President & General Manager – Detroit and Nashville. He led two U.S. divisions including the company’s largest Headquarters. Prior to George P. Johnson, Dan was President & General Manager of Exhibitgroup/Giltspur Chicago, which was their largest division. Mr. Patterson integrated two major strategic acquisitions, obtained synergies through cost reductions, cross-selling and increased product line penetration.

Bob Frey
Bob Frey

Executive Vice President, Research & Development

Bob Frey joined Moss through the company's acquisition of Nichols in 2007. Prior to the acquisition, Bob was instrumental in managing all production and new product development activities for the organization and grew the company significantly in a seven year period. Upon joining Moss, Bob took over all research and development activities for the company and has since brought several new products per year to the market. Specifically, Bob and his team designed the EZ Fabric Wall System - the first modular wall system for trade show booths designed for fabric graphics. Staying on top of industry needs and having the ability to innovate each year keeps Moss in the forefront of its markets.

Vince Marler
Vince Marler

Executive Vice President Operations

Vince joined Moss in 2007 after spending the prior 15 years at Exhibitgroup/Giltspur where he was Corporate Vice President of Operations. During his stint at EGG Vince managed eleven divisions as well as the centralized purchasing and estimating departments. At Moss Vince oversees the production departments to ensure that the very best quality and workmanship get delivered to our customers. Since becoming part of the Moss team, Vince has single handedly led Moss' lean manufacturing efforts which have allowed the company to reduce their project lead times - in some cases - enabling Moss to ship product within 48 hours of receiving an order and reducing prices substantially on products such as printed fabric and vinyl banners just to name a few.

Jim Lundberg
Jim Lundberg

Vice President, Client Services and Estimating

Jim has been with Moss as Director of Customer Service since 2008 and was recently promoted to his current position of Vice President, Client Services & Estimating. Jim has extensive experience in exhibit construction, plant management and sales operations and sets a high standard of excellence for quality and service throughout Moss. Prior to joining Moss, Jim was previously employed at Exhibitgroup/Giltspur from 1993 to 2008 where he most recently served as Vice President Midwest Sales, Expo Services & Rental Solutions from 2007 - 2008. Prior to that role held the positions of General Manager of the Chicago division and Vice President Sales Operations.

The Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI) awarded Pink Powered by Moss an International Achievement Award for an outstanding specialty fabric project. Pink Powered by Moss won an Outstanding Achievement Award in the Fabric Art category for Fish fabricated for the Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival.
