OUR PROCESS

OUR PROCESS

Our Creative Design Team executes environmental graphic design, conceptual 3D renderings, original content creation, graphic file manipulation, and animated content. These in-house creatives are fully trained on our production processes — so design for manufacturing is integrated into their services. If you’re outsourcing your design, outsource it to us, or contact us to schedule a designer-to-designer training session with your staff.

Mock-up, test print, strike off, sample for approval—we have you covered. The value of our prototype process is it provides you with an opportunity to review your design in action and confirm all those last-minute details. We may execute a prototype as a proof of concept, a test installation, or a model for your client approval. We understand seeing is believing, and the value of fully experiencing a product before it is produced.
Our proprietary process is grounded in providing the right solution. Our experts collaborate with you to fully understand your design intent and site requirements. This ensures we present the best manufacturing approach for your vision. We refuse to engineer the value out of your designs – the value is the point.
Our Pre-Production teams are critical to executing quality work within an efficient lead time. Our technical design team creates engineered drawings that factor in site conditions, packaging requirements, and any reductions in waste they can include. Our graphic preflight and color correct teams receive your art files and retouch photography, adjust color balance to match provided references and slice files for layered applications. All the while documenting finishing details and processing steps for color layering and plotter processes.
Our 180,000 sq ft global headquarters houses all our US manufacturing under one roof. Our facility is optimized to manufacture installations that combine capabilities.

Our staff are cross-trained in handcraft and custom manufacturing and supported with the digitization that our Moss OS system provides.
