CASE STUDY: ATCC
INTERIOR FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION
THE CHALLENGE:
Transform the environmental branding of a leading medical research practice to reflect their company values and culture
Location:
Manassas, Virginia
When ATCC (American Type Culture Collection) wanted to create a new branded environment that expressed the mission, values, culture and rich personality of their medical research practice, they turned to us to help design, to produce and refresh its interiors. Our goal was to create an engaging and vibrant style that would bring together the various branding elements of the newly fabricated reception, hallways, meeting rooms and stairwell into a cohesive and visually pleasing space.
We collaborated closely with ATCC on this multi-phase environmental branding project to fully understand their design intent and ensure that we delivered the best manufacturing approach to execute their vision.
We transformed ATCC’s office environment with our attention to details and superior craftsmanship. Bold floor-to-ceiling wall graphics were installed, and our fabrication experts were challenged to avoid seams between wall gaps. Hence, they constructed black aluminum track frames directly mounted on the walls with high-definition coated fabric prints. All of the office graphics were color-corrected for non-backlit applications to ensure vivid and accurate colors. Additionally, we added custom fabricated acrylic dimensional letters to further enhance the visual appeal.
