Jet Fuel approached our team with a vibrant, playful design for JOLLY TIME Pop Corn, aiming to stand out amidst the traditional white vendor tents at the Bourbon & Beyond festival in Louisville, Kentucky.
To bring this bold vision to life and provide a modular structure, we utilized our Construct® 120mm System to deliver a 20’ x 20’ setup, reconfigurable to 20’ x 10’. The structure featured an archway entrance, an enclosed ceiling, and dimensional graphics, at a scale to make an unforgettable impact.
Our goal was to ensure the design translated into a durable, weather-resistant structure. We used digitally printed SEG BarrierTex for the pop-art graphics on the walls and digitally printed Stadium Mesh for the ceiling. For added dimension, UV-printed PVC graphics were securely fastened through the fabric walls to the Construct® frame. In just three weeks, fabrication was complete, and the structure was shipped to the Louisville Fairgrounds. Our team worked alongside a local crew to ensure a seamless installation, finishing the setup in just one day. This allowed Jet Fuel and JOLLY TIME ample time to prepare the rest of their booth.
The result was a success! The vibrant booth became a major attraction for festivalgoers, drawing energetic crowds for popcorn samples, a photo booth, and branded merchandise. The modular design offers JOLLY TIME additional flexibility, allowing it to be reconfigured into a 20’ x 10’ x 10’ setup for future events, enhancing reusability and delivering cost-efficiency for upcoming showcases.
