We developed the material, print and installation approach for the nationwide franchise rebrand program. Moss supported the intended New Orleans theme and initiative to deliver a name & menu change for 700+ stores from the original “Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits” to “Popeyes Louisiana Chicken.” These QSR environments use a combination of dimensional metal and PVC board, natural wood planking, artist canvas, and digitally printed, “found” looking wood signs. Components are ordered in full store sets with optional sizes and choices for certain variable items.
